Surgical treatment applied hypertension
Following the surgical treatment of patients suitable for : (1) renal artery openings or openings near the artery following the artery atherosclerosis lesion (available bypass grafts for the treatment of ); (2) distal renal artery branch obstructive lesions (Bench required surgery or nephrectomy); (3) progress muscular fibrous dysplasia angioplasty for the treatment ineffective. These lesions occur in endarterectomy or a variation of the outer membrane; (4) angioplasty only temporarily effective, hypertension or renal failure is still under progress.
