The hepatitis C viremia types
The short-term acute infection viremia. Mainly seen in acute self-limited HCV. PCR method can be increased before the ALT detection of HCV-RNA, but viremia shorter duration, can only a few days or a few months. While the anti-HCV often have higher ALT after a few days or a few months can be detected. Chronic infection sustained viremia. HCV-RNA in the acute phase, before the elevation of ALT detection, and persistence. There has been observed for at least three years or more. Chronic infection of intermittent viremia. Performance infection occurred early in viremia, then viremia disappeared a few months, a few years after the re-emergence of viremia. The re-emergence of viremia and acute stages viremia similar to the general increase in the emergence of ALT. Suggested liver virus replication activity.
