Hepatitis C viremia types

After the transfusion of infected persons H_C_V_ serum specimens series of anti-HCV screening for HCV RNA research tracing, found infected with HCV viremia following three types. 1. The short-term acute infection viremia. Mainly seen in acute self-limited HCV. PCR method can be increased before the ALT detection of HCV RNA, but viremia shorter duration, can only a few days or a few months. While the anti-HCV often have higher ALT after a few days or a few months can be detected. 2. Chronic infection sustained viremia. HCV RNA in the acute phase, before the elevation of ALT detection, and persistence. There has been observed for at least three years. 3. Chronic infection of intermittent viremia. Performance infection occurred early viremia _ and then viremia disappeared a few months, a few years after the re-emergence of viremia. The re-emergence of viremia and acute stages viremia similar to the general increase in ALT there before. Suggested liver virus replication activity.
