Chronic glomerulonephritis the pathophysiology

Clinical glomerular diseases are seen mostly primary, a small number of secondary, such as diabetes, anaphylactoid purpura, systemic lupus erythematosus caused kidney damage. We often say nephritis is the primary, causes have not yet been fully explained. Generally considered to be some of the human right of the factors causing the immune response of these pathogens is not subject to direct the right kidney infection or damage caused. The most common in the B-hemolytic streptococcus "glomerulonephritis induced strain" after infection, such as scarlet fever, upper respiratory tract infections, skin infections, other bacteria, protozoa, viruses, particularly hepatitis B virus infection nephritis has attracted more attention. The pathogenesis of glomerulonephritis is the rationale, that lead glomerulonephritis is the initial immune response by the immune glomeruli sediments : 1. glomerular antigen-induced immune situ sediment, the antigenicity of glomerular basement membrane (GBM) (anti-GBM nephritis), or within the tubular glomerular epithelial cells brush border - the original composition (Heymann nephritis); 2. from the "planting" in glomerular on imported "into" antigen in glomerular situ formation of antibodies and immune sediment; ?۠circulating immune complexes in glomeruli stranded.
